Job Details: Fabrication and, installation of Mechanical Equipments, Pre- Erection of Piping, Pipeline, Steel structure commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up, Priority Scheduling, Man Power Planning, Project Execution, Production and Project reports, Client correspondence, Client Meeting, Trouble Shooting, Claiming Variations.

Responsibility:
1. Responsibility for supervision of fabrication, erection, assemblies, alignments of pipe spools, piping supports, structural, valves and accessories, Piping Tie-ins, Testing, Pre-commissioning, Start-up, etc
2. Check and verify construction drawings and plans for its completeness and compliance with applicable specifications, codes and standards, and ensure that the material / equipments to be used.
3. Responsible for supervision of :-
- Fabrication / Erection of large size piping up to 56” diameter.
- Hot tapping existing pipelines up to 30” size.
- Modification of piping layouts during plant shut down.
- Installation of heavy equipment, tanks, vessels, heat-exchangers.
- Resolving technical quarries with project management team on daily basis.
- Preparation of lines for Hydro test.
- Mothballing and demolition of existing piping, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.
4. Daily and weekly progress reports for easy evaluation of project status.
5. Coordinates with inspection, operation and maintenance for safety reason and evaluation of progress reports.
6. To provide safety and safety habits.
7. To keep the better relation with every workers and management
