Job Description:
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer , screen and forward calls.
• Providing information, taking message and scheduling appointment.
• Handling the Office Visitors/ customers at Reception.
• Receiving all the documents / couriers.
• Takes Phone or visitors message and delivers to appropriate individual.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• S/he should have at least 1 -5 years experience in front office work.
• Should have residence in Gurgaon.
• Should have good looking, pleasant personality & strong verbal Communication.
* Married & female candidates will be preferabbled.
