    Job Description:
    For our Geant Hypermarket located in Dubai we are currently seeking an experienced finance professional. Reporting to the Finance Manager of the store & supporting a team of 12 Accountants, the incumbent will mainly be in charge of the following:

    Finance and Accounts
    Monthly closing and MIS of various commercial sections including consolidation
    Day to day interaction with banks and other group companies
    Budgeting & Forecasting
    Accounts receivable (collection and reconciliation)
    Accounts payable (invoice booking, payments and suppliers reconciliation)
    Implementing systems and controls and monitoring them
    Payroll & Payroll MIS
    Completion of Statutory audit, interacting with auditors

    Commercial
    Handle supplier correspondence and payment related communication on all pertinent issues
    Monthly reports to commercial & services head regarding their monthly revenues & expenses compared to budget
    Coordinate with Finance Manager regarding budgeting & cash flow management

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    In order to succeed in this challenging role, you should be a qualified CA (at leat Inter) or Cost Accountant & have accumulated 4-6 years of post-qualified experience - preferably in the retail industry.
    Further your outstanding communication & interpersonal skills make you valued Manager.
    Oracle or any other ERP based software experience is a prerequisite.
