    Job Description:
    Candidate will be responsible for complete Pre sales and Post sales support to International Buyers/ Distributors, capable of independent communication on phone/ internet, will maintain records as per ISO/ CE requirements, co-ordinate with Despatch section, accounts, production for order execution, timely deliveries, shipping and post shipment documentation through Clearing agent. Should possess valid Passport.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Graduate with good written and oral communication, computer skills viz. Internet, MS Office etc. and preferably Diploma in International Marketing.

    - I made Export Value Declaration, Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) and Self Declaration, 2 copies of SDF, B Form and Drawback Annexure in case of Mumbai’s Shipment alongwith attachment of Container’s Online Booking Form and then sent it to our CHA for clearance’s Purpose.
    - Coordination with our CHA or Logistics Company or Shipping Line for all the status of Container Stuffing, Railing Details and also give the whole information to Consignee.
    - Check the Draft BL (Bill of lading) or AWB (Airway bill)
    For Bank’s Docs –
    After received SDF, EP Copy, Exchange Control Copy and Exporter Copy I Hold the Papers in case of TT’s Payment Terms :- I gave the 2 copies of invoice, 1 copy of B/L or AWB and Original Copy of SDF alongwith Exchange Control Copy to Bank.
    For Post’s Shipment’s Docs (For Buyer’s Use) –
    - In Case of TT’s (Telephonic Transfer) Payment Terms : Whenever Consignee Credited our payment in our Account then I released that Original Documents to Buyer i.e Original Invoice & Plist, Original B/L’s copy, GSP, Textile Declaration, Single Country Declaration (For Iron and Brass item) US Special Custom’s 2 Copies
    - In Case of DP’s (Direct Payment) Payment Terms : I submit the whole Original Documents into our Indian Bank then our Bank gives that original docs to Buyer’s Bank, International’s Bank gave these docs to Buyer whenever Buyer credited his account against the Invoice’s Payment then Buyer’s Bank credited our Indian Account then I mailed to our boss for office record.
    - In Case of LC’s (Letter of Credit) Payment Terms : Whenever Consignee gave us Advance Payment and after clearance of shipment then I submitted all the original docs to Bank alongwith Sight Draft.
    - After Submitting the Documents to buyer I checked the Debit Note against our shipment which given by CHA to us, on behalf of that I gave Cheque to them for clearance the shipment.
    - I Made a set of International Fairs i.e. Hongkong’s Fair, U.S.A’s Fair, New Delhi’s Fair
    - Made papers for Sim Card which used for International Fairs
    - Made papers for Credit Cards which also used for International Fairs
    - After that I made clear the payments of Sim Card and Credit Cards
