Job Description:
The position incumbents would be responsible for all day to day operations at Airport related to guests.
To have detailed information about all domestic and international flights.
To have thorough knowledge of all airport/immigration/customs formalities and procedures.
To effect airport transfer as per instructions from the Front Office Manager/Lobby Manager.
To complete all formalities for hotel guests arriving and leaving at the airport.
To ensure smooth handling of guest baggage at the airport.
To co-ordinate with airport authorities with regard to all matters pertaining to hotel guest particularly immigration and customs.
To co-ordinate with travel agency for transport arrangements and ticket endorsements.
To provide necessary information to hotel guests on house facilities and place of tourist interest.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The applicants must have minimum of a Bachelor Degree. They must have a minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in a 5 star property.
Smart, young and dynamic professional with very good communication skills and knowledge of airport operations.
Candidate must be working as Airport Rep/Executive with a reputed company.
