Project Title Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker
- Necessity of Power system arises to avoid heavy loss to human lives equipment’s and industries. The electricity causes deaths due to direct contact of human body with bar conductor carrying the electricity or any other means. These faults cannot be predicted to avoid hazards, it is necessary to have some instrument or device to trip the circuit as soon as above fault occurs.
- This project is being developed to prevent earth fault through human body. The sensor in the circuit senses the fault and if the fault current exceeds more than 30 mA which is minimum current for human being to feel shock then relay operates and breaks the main circuit breaker. That device cuts the supply with in 10 millisecond of any of these fault detect
