Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities: Detail Study of Tender Documents and Preparation of Technical & Commercial Bid related to Corrosion Protection mainly Cathodic Protection projects.
Design & Detail Engineering.
Executing Site Surveys, construction, testing, commissioning and operation and maintenance of complex Cathodic protection system for cross country pipelines and plant piping.
Assignment info:
Working day per week : 7 days
Working hours per day : 10 hours
Target working days/annum: 243

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
1. B.E/BTECH/D.E
2. Professional Member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) and/or the Institute of Corrosion (ICorr) or other internationally recognized societies is required.
3. A high standard of written and spoken English is essential.
Experience:
A minimum of 2-10 years experience in Cathodic Protection in the Oil / Gas / Chemical processing industries is required.

This Project is done as a part of summer training in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation VVSPL cross country pipeline’s Cathodic protection system. Detailed Analysis of the design of Anode bed was done also optimum anode weight for design was calculated. Conclusions were drawn on the design.

2. Repository and search engine for alumni of the college

This project report was submitted in partial fulfillment of the degree of Bachelor of technology in EEE. This is a JAVA based project that was developed for the college alumni.This is a web based project with JAVAservlets as back end and HTML as front end.The server that was used in the project was the APACHE TOMCAT 5.0.The data base was created in the ORACLE.This project was done for Institute for Electronic Governence (IEG), Govt. of Andhrapradesh under Jawahar Knowledge Center. (JKC)
