Job Description:
Ensure that the contractor executed the project as per the scope of work. To monitor facilities and ensure safety in site. Giving proper written instructions to the contractor to ensure quality, timely completion etc of the project. To ensure that site construction schedules are adhered to. Report writing of all incidents. Responsible for keeping the projets manger updated on all field activities. Interface with clients to review job progress, critical issues . Conducting progress meetings, approval of variations, contractor's payments etc

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be a Graduate civil engineer with a strong personality to drive the project parties. He should be a result oriented and computer savvy professional. Must have good knowledge of word, excell, powerpoint and Primavera/MS Project.
He should be fluent in English language (Spoken & written) and must be self corresponding. Gulf experience especially in consultancy firms, is an added advantage.

In this paper, an optimization technique is proposed to compute switching angles at fundamental frequency switching scheme by solving non linear transcendental equations (known as selective harmonic elimination equations), thereby eliminating certain predominating lower order harmonics, and simultaneously, control over magnitude of output voltage of a multilevel inverter is achieved.
