Job Description
Expertise in Designing any of the following: -

1) Steel Melting equipments: Converters, Mixers, Ladle cars, ladles, Slag pots, preheating systems, gas cleaning equipments.
2) Steel casting plant equipments: Ladles, Turret, Tundish cars, ladle cars, withdrawal straightner, cooling bed. Reheating Furnace,
3) Rolling Mill equipments: Roller tables, Mill stands, Manipulators, Pinion stands, Heat treating Furnace, Saws, Shears, Assembles and Finishing Line equipments.
4)Structural design of Port equipments likes: ELL Cranes, Gantry Cranes.

- Knowledge of Specifications & Standards like IS, BS, DIN.
- Thorough knowledge of Structural analysis packages like STAAD PRO, ANSYS, SOLID WORKS etc

Title : “Four Leg Moving Robot for Pesticide Spraying’'
Description : Four Leg Moving Robot for Pesticide Spraying in the conventional way, which might drift everywhere, a robot could actually spit chemical at the plant with great precision.
It mainly consist Transformer (step down), DC motor, diodes and 12V batteries. When we supply 230V AC current transformer converts 230v current into 15v, this current then pass through diodes. The function of diode is to convert AC to DC which is then stored in 12v batteries. The stored energy in the batteries is supplied to robot front legs through DC motor to achieve the movement. Rear legs are driven by front legs by some connected links.
2nd Year M.Tech :
Title : “Use of Blast Furnace Slag in Manufacture of Bricks”
Description : Industrial wastes like B.F slag, fly ash, Iron ore tailing etc… cause environmental hazardous problem, their safe disposal is required to protect the environment from pollution.
The main aim of the project is to make use of slag which is available in large quantity as a non metallic co product in the production of iron. Slag if mixed with clay material is mixed in different proportion’s of clay & Pallets were made. The pallets were tested for Bulk density, Apparent Porosity, hardness, compressive strength. Characteristics were carried out using X-Ray Differactometer. The result showed that ceramic material could be made from B.F slag & clay mix.
