o To promote a professional image and or provide product/ service information, advice and relevant services.
o Training & evaluation of all House Keeping Staff as per the standard of performance.
o Coordination with management time to time for action plans and policies.
o Handing Staffing, recruitment’s and Men Management.
o Handling Linen and Staff Uniform Inventories and Laundry.
o Handling Room inventories, Preventive Maintenance.
o Deciding the Budget, Linen and amenities Par Stocks and Revenue Management.
o Coordination with other departments for all the arrivals, departures, no shows, cancellation etc.
o Maximize all available opportunity for up selling both rooms and F&B outlets. To prepare a Suggested itinerary and amenity plan for all VIPs, long staying and Regular Guests.
o To promote “Team Spirit” among the staff in order to ensure smooth operation and mutual co-operation in a multi-cultured environment.
