    Job Description:
    To increase the customer base of the organization by formulating & implementing various strategies using the available resources.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    You will be provided a database of prospective clients who have interest in our services. The database will be in the form of cell numbers, email ID’s etc. , which will be generated by various channels from us. Your task will be to convert this database into a client base.

    There are two types of activities that you have to perform;
    Pre Sale – Receiving/Making phone calls, satisfying queries & giving support through email/phone, interacting with the customer to close the transaction for becoming a client, maintaining database, daily & weekly reports of calls / emails etc.
    After Sale - Updating client list, delivering reports through email, cash in/cash out reports, client queries etc.
    Candidates with excellent communication skills & basic knowledge about the stock markets are preferred.
    Candidates with self managerial & initiative skills, very high energy levels with strong business acumen are preferred.
