• Bidding on portals like Elance/Guru etc
• Analyze client's requirements thoroughly & draft documentation/proposals.
• A fair previous record of closing deals independently (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills with previous experience with International Clients.
• Team Player with a Pleasing Personality

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum six months to year and a half relevant experience in Web Solutions Company
• Proven track record in managing relationships and revenue growth; excellent networking amongst clients and prospects
• Very good understanding of web development life cycle, web analytics and ROI.
• Sound knowledge of the Web Solutions Industry alongwith technologies used/SEO etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
• An MBA degree would be an advantage however non-MBA candidates with extensive industry experience are welcome to apply

I will request all the job seekers NOT to apply for any jobs in Magnon Solutions or Magnon International. Owner of Magnon Group hires the person with a good package and lucrative designation. He pays the salary of new joinings till 1-2 months. After that, there is no date of salary. Just forget the date of salary. Work for a month and wait eagerly for the mercy of the owner.

This is how they work. Current employees and ex-employees of Magnon is dying to have their salaries. For the last 2 months, nobody in Magnon International has got the salaries. Even the people who left Magnon is still waiting for their unpaid salaries. It has become more than 6 months.

And they have their own rules. If you left the company, you have to wait for 2 months to clear your dues. Ridiculous.

So, Folks donot apply in Magnon Solutions and Magnon International !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
