Job Description:
Head of the department (HOD) of repairs division.
Responsibilities of the post is mention below:
* Guide and control estimation and execution engineers,
* Site visits to ensure Quality,
* Preparation of structural assessment reports,
* Conduct project review meetings of the dept and prepare MIS,
* Train and develop Sr. Engineers, engineers and Supervisors.
* Attending meetings with clients as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
B.E. / M.E Tech. in (Civil/Dtructural), Experience in with atleast five years in similar position, Knowledge of advance, method s of repairs,
Experience in repairs to RCC/Steel Structures and conservation of heritage structures.
Investigation of distressed structures , contracting and negotiation skills, Interpersonal and leadership skills, Excellent communication skill (both verbal and written)
ability to handle repairs project independently,
Proficiency in MS Office,
