    HR recruiter Trainee Bangalore : Roland & Associates

    Job Description:

    HR Recruitment.
    Understanding of high-end technologies and markets.
    In one word: Recruitment in High-end, up-coming and niche areas.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    SKILLS:
    Good Command over communication i.e. written and verbal in English, Professional Touch, Fluency and confidence.
    Aggressiveness and extrovert
    Quick Adaptability and Learning in terms of Market, Technology and Human behavior.
    Good co-ordination skills and self-motivated.
    Person should have enough dedication for work with zero level of monitoring.

    Education : Not a criteria

    Job Location : Bangalore ( on HAL Airport Road)
    Selected candidates will undergo 1 month free hands on training on IT recruitment.

    Starting Salary after the training : Rs. 6000/- take home per month for the first 2 months. After 2 months the salary will be revised based on your performance.
    You will also be elgible for Provident Fund (PF) after 2 months.

    Office Hours : 9:30 AM to 7 PM (6 days and week). This is a Day shift job.

    Preference for candidates staying in and around HAL Airport.
