1. Now working as Technical Supervisor in M/s Kurlon Limited (Manufactures of Rubberized coir Mattresses & PU Foam), Bangalore, Karnataka, since 01 Feb. 2008. ( From : 01.02.2008 To Till Date )
Job and responsibilities
I. Assuring the quality of Rubberized coir mattress, coconut curled coir ropes, Natural rubber Latex, Polyurethane Foam, Cloths and other raw materials parameters like, Indentation hardness index(IHI), Density, Ageing, Chloride content, Sulphate content, pH, MST, Dry rubber content, Total solid content, Volatile Fatty acid content, KOH number, Coir impurities, moisture, Indentation Load deflection(ILD), Rebound Resilience, Tensile strength, GSM, Gauge, Zinc oxide purity, concentration of hydrochloric acid (HCL), Foam recovery, in process quality inspection etc. (As per IS-3708, IS-8391, IS-9308, IS-7888 etc.)
II. Super vision of the Latex compounding department.
III. Involved in the activities of ISO 9001 (QMS), 14001 (EMS) and 18001(OHS).
IV. Member of Research & Development team.
V. 5S activity team member.
