Pls. find below the requirements for the lead Engineers.

LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:
The incumbent shall have a minimum of twelve (12) years of practical engineering design experience in the petrochemical oil and gas industry, of which at least have minimum of five (5) years shall have had been spent in the overall coordination and supervision of an engineering design team. He shall have a recognized degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and have practical design background in the oil and gas refinery engineering experience in the areas of design, construction, testing, and commissioning and project closeout handover. In addition, he must conversant to ETAP for final electrical system network analysis. The Lead Engineer shall be conversant and have working knowledge with the relevant international standards and code of practices.


LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER
Process Design of Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical Plants with strong leadership & organization skills. Graduate Engineer with thorough knowledge in the application and use of Process tools such as HYSYS, FLARENET, HTRI etc, of which at least have minimum of five (5) years shall have had been spent in the overall coordination and supervision of an engineering design team. Should be able to assess job requirements in terms of deliverables, man hours and schedule. Well versed with National & International Codes and Standards. Should be able to identify and assess new technologies and systems to facilitate improvements in Design. He shall have a recognized degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent

LEAD COMMUNICATION ENGINEER
1. Review Contractor network (LAN, WAN, IP Telephony) and design deliverables to ensure adherence to network strategies, technology standards and network security standards.
2. Provide Network subject matters expertise to set strategy and architectural direction for network infrastructure for the project.
3. Develop project-wide network strategy documents.
4. Ensure network strategies are aligned with delivery plans.
5. Design and deliver network infrastructure solutions.
6. Serve as project Technical Representative for sign-offs (FAT, SIT, SAT) and commissioning for LAN, WAN, IPTel and Network Security systems delivered by Contractor.
7. He shall have a recognized degree in Electronic Communication Engineering or equivalent.

DOCUMENT CONTROL
Have knowledgeable in Documentation Management System using EDMS is a must and or iDOCS/Marian or equivalent. The documentation required to be managed by this system includes, complete range of Technical documentation like Drawings, Reports, Calculations, Technical Specifications, Purchase requisitions generated from the Design / Construction phase, which are further utilized for As-built documentation / Final Hand-over Dossiers.

Co-ordination with Client, Engineering Contractors, Joint Venture Partners, Subcontractors & Project Management Team and other Internal Departments for Documentation related issues.

StrictØ adherence to the internal & client provided documentation procedures.

Highlight areas of concern, define and / or assist in defining corrective action plan.

Control all Incoming and Outgoing Drawings / Documents etc. Ensure timely issuance & distribution of all the Drawings / Documents with correct revisions to all parties as detailed in the distribution matrix contained in project procedures.

Produce reports as required by management & other parties from time to time. Ensure all project documents/drawings & correspondences are available in paper version & electronic version (scanned & native format).

Prepare FinalØ Dossiers Indices for Client approval. Arrange Final Handover Dossiers as per the approved indices for onward submission to client through Company's Certification Engineer.

Responsible for organizing and conducting Archiving & disposal of Project Files as per contractual requirements & in-house procedures at the end of the Project.
