Key Features : the patent describes a method for fabricating a plasma display panel comprising of front and back plates made of soda lime silica glass or high strain point low soda no lime glass substrates eliminating the chances of occurrence of high yellowing in the glass substrate and of leakage current arising between the discharge cells forming the display. The glass substrates in the whole process of fabrication of the display are heated to at most to a temperature which is below the strain point of standard soda lime silica glass substrates.
