Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have sound knowledge of CAD/CAM software like UG-NX, ANSYS, or IDEAS. Should be able to do modeling, design and FE analysis. Good communication skills and committed work attitude are important.

Project Description
Developed the luminaire for bus stands of BRTS, Bus Rapid Transport Service, Ahmedabad as a part of 2 member team using Solidworks 2007. The luminaire was made of FRP material and is aesthetically very different from the existing lighting products. We had developed 18 different models for different mounting locations of the bus stand. We had successfully achieved all the expectations of the architecture. The luminaire developed will be installed in 137-bus stand of BRTS (Ahmedabad). In total it had created revenue of Rs.12 Cr. for the company.

Previously all the concepts for developing asymmetric floodlight Reflector were on the basis of hit and trial .The concept developed provides the accurate method for developing the reflector. It also provides the solution for reducing the light pollution. The luminaire developed is highly energy efficient. It reduces the number of luminaire used in high mast i.e. previously the number of luminaire used were 6, the newly developed luminaire gives the same uniformity with 5 number of luminaire. The first order for these luminaires generated revenue of Rs.20 lakhs for the company
