- Designing and implementing stringent systems and quality plans / manuals to ensure high quality / safety standards during all the stages of project.
Operations & Maintenance
- Managing overall activities pertaining to erection, testing, commissioning, operations and maintenance of a wide range of electrical systems, process control & instrumentation equipments.
- Supervising the functions of troubleshooting & predictive / preventive / corrective / breakdown maintenance for identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and reducing equipment downtime to minimum.
Resource Management
- Material Planning and sourcing the vendors & conducting techno-commercial negotiations to finalise deals / contracts for project execution; preparing specification sheet for bought out equipments.
- Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualising need-based training programs for maximising operational efficiency.

o H.V Test, Meggering, Winding Resistance measurement of Alternator.
o Differential protection, Over current & earth fault protection of generator, Stator earth fault protection, Rotor Earth Fault protection, Rotor temperature alarm, Field failure protection, Reverse power protection, over speed protection, Field suppression, Temperature sensors in stator slots for protection of high temperature, Load limiter, Speed meter.
