have an urgent opening for a renowned pharmaceutical company based
in Delhi/NCR for the post of DGM - OD. Kindly find enclosed the

Designation: Deputy General Manager – O.D
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Lead the roll out / implementation of the performance management
system based on Balanced Scorecard
2) Ensure employee alignment through effective communication plans
like Employee Engagement
3) Training and mentoring of mid/ Sr. managers on Organizational
Development initiatives
4) Develop systems to measure program effectiveness & improve the
same.
5) Plans & Executes deployment of Organization values in actions.
6) Implementing the Performance Management System - Facilitating
Goal Setting.
7) Co-ordinating 360 degree feedback & development centre for
critical positions.
8) Planning, organizing and co-ordinating customized induction
programs (individual & group)
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Should have min. 10 – 15 yrs of exp. In Organizational
Development.
2. Excellent communication & convincing skills .
3. Good Project Planning skills.
4. Good understanding of individual & team behavior.
5. Ability to work in a challenging environment.
6. Should be team player and have handled the senior position in a
corporate sector.
7. Preferably candidates from Manufacturing sector are seeked, but
open for Industry.
