üRig Up and Commissioning of MUD LOGGING UNIT prior to the drilling operation.
üInstallation and Calibration of all major Rig sensors for Drilling and Logging Interpretation including all the sensors.
üMaintenance, service and trouble shooting of PLC, SLC based control panel.
üMaintenance, service, trouble shooting & calibration of diff. field instruments like diff. type pressure sensor, torque sensor, ultrasonic level sensor, flow, RTD pt 100 temperature sensor, diaphragm density, volume, inductive proximity based strokes counter & RPM, incremental type encoder for depth processing, load cell bourdon tube based, 4-20 ma transmission using Data Acquisition Unit.
üMud logging with real time data acquisition using Data log software well wizard vs.3/4 & monitoring of various drilling parameters, mud parameter, data storage option, computerize logs & web enable transmissions, Loop checking.
üMonitoring of hydrocarbon gas using Varian CP4900 micro gas chromatograph.
üPreparation of daily progress report, trip sheet, time analysis.
üMake drawing on Auto Cad 2D.

üKnowledge to program, troubleshoot and communicate on Allen Bradley Micrologix, SLC 5/03, Siemens S7-200.
