    - Good communication skills & managerial qualities to guide & lead a team
    - Knowledge of outbound destinations
    - Should be dynamic and multi-tasking
    - This position has a strong sales and customer service focus, and deals with all aspects of leisure
    - A proven aptitude in sales & customer service, Travel Industry experience
    - Experience working with commission, targets, quotas or budgets
    - A strong academic background with excellent career track record in outbound tour package

    - 15 plus years of industry experience
    - Excellent Communication Skills
    - Graduates with IATA/UFTAA qualification / Diploma / other certification in Travel and Tours with minimum 10 years experience exclusively in tours and leisure
