Correspondence with Group Companies in Europe and Asia on order processing for stock-sale as well as customers.
Capable of drafting letters and emails to Group companies, well versed in computer operations and maintenance of order files.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Knowledge of import procedures, including dealing with CHAs and shipping lines as well as foreign remittances.
Knowledge of LC transactions.
Knowledge of customs duties
Working knowledge of accounting packages (e.g. Tally)
Good exposure to Computer Applications, especially Excel and emails.
Good verbal and written communication skills and fluent in English
Self-driven, organized working style, team-worker, target orientation
