Job Description:
Calculate & Deduction of TDS both (Salary & Other than Salaries) & deposit timely.
Filing of E-TDS Return.
Capable to Handle Independently.
Monitoring/Checking of all (Bank, Term Loan, FDBP (Bill Purchase), PC (Packing Credit Limit) & other accounts related to finance.
Monitoring/Checking/Preparing all bank transactions, both (Banking & Finance) i.e. Pre-shipment, Post-shipment, Negotiation, Purchase, Discount, Advance etc.
Preparation all financial documents, Planning day to day funds requirement & Cheques clearing, Remittance etc.
Monitoring/Checking/Preparing books of accounts of Branch Accounts from day to day transaction up to Finalisation.
Inter-Unit Reconciliation.
Ability to handle General, Retail & Exports Sales Accounting
Preparing Sales Invoice
Calculate & Deduction of Sales Tax / VAT & deposit timely.
Controlling Issue & Receipt of form from the Department.
Reconciliation of parties.
Controlling payment ( Issue as well as receipt )
Preparing outstanding statement of AP & AR
Preparation of Balance Sheet, P & L A/c, Depreciation, Scheduled, Grouping etc.
Preparation MIS, MSOD
Reconciliation for Ledger A/c & preparation of various statements related to finalisation.
Liaison with Auditors for finalisation of A/c.
