    Job Description:

    To head operations for fabrication & execution of exhibitions stalls. Installation & Dismantling, Material sourcing, and completion of project within the deadlines with total the control on all resources namely manpower, materials & vendors/suppliers.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    A Person with at least 2-3 yrs. of experience in operations, with a exhibition stall fabrication or exhibition solution providers.

    Educational qualification doesn’t matter much, if the candidate can converse in acceptable English and handle a team.

    Prime responsibility will be to coordinate with the marketing team on the clients requirements. This includes requirements for sampling, sourcing & execution of the final orders, or any other adhoc requirement. His profile would involve heavy interactions with various set of suppliers / vendors / fabricators / agencies etc. on a daily basis.

    Aggression at work is a must for this profile. It calls for tackling a lot of crises and fire fighting, in order to achieve deadlines. At the same time, he needs to be a person who can work with a team.

    In terms of technical know how, he should be well versed with various printing technologies. Should be comfortable working with multiple materials, and willing to explore newer avenues. Innovative with the limited options of material for fabrication.

    Odd working hours are a part of this industry and extensive traveling on short notices are inevitable.
