Designation: Business Development Executive

Job Description:
To acquire new clients in the specified region / market.
Negotiating rates, fees, and terms of business with potential business partners.
To achieve the sales / revenue / collection target from clients as outlined in the budgets.
Responsibility includes driving the team to achieve their individual targets.
To create / maintain excellent business relationships with clients and be able to tailor pitch solutions according to their needs or specifications.
Ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients.
Manage and retain multiple Key Accounts to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
To ensure Customer Satisfaction at all levels.
To represent Infotechstar in the right context, its mission and core values.
To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
Comply with all processes and mechanisms of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
Identify developmental/career opportunities to ensure staff retention.
Conduct regular staff meetings.
Motivating and mentoring staff at all levels to surpass set targets and objectives.
Coach and counsel staff on behavioral and performance issues, document and take corrective action as necessary.
To display Strong Sales and Sales Management Skills (Lead Generation, Funnel Management, Account Management, Pricing and Negotiations)
Track and report on recurring revenue driven by recruited members.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in Business Development in the HR/Recruitment industry.
The candidate should have profound knowledge about the recruitment/staffing industry any of the following domains : IT/ITES/Non-IT
The candidate should be well-connected among the client community with good contacts among HR managers in various leading companies.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, should be sociable, aggressive with a go-getter attitude.
The candidate should have a strong business sense and excellent negotiation skills.
