** NPI (New product introduction) :
1. Creation of Overall Test plan/Procedure for new products as per CTQ along with cross functional team as a champion.
2. Module wise test plan/procedure such that the same will be validated during design /development
Activities.
3. Over all product validation as per overall test procedure evolved during project kick off.
4. Units will be put under reliabilibity test for freezing mechanical related parameters in hardware and firmware.
5. In house testing in sampling will be tested for customer user friendly test (CUFT) such as interfacing tests of customer software /application etc.
6. Collecting the feedback from customer project plan /CTQ will be compared with the feedback and the same need to be corrected by creating new test plan/procedure before launch.
Projects Handled :
1. Magna (HD 250 Gold – 136 column) – high speed 9 wire printer with three frequency operation (2200 HZ/1800HZ/1500HZ)
2. Magna (HD 250 Gold – 80 column) – high speed 9 wire printer with three frequency operation (2200 HZ/1800HZ/1500HZ)
3. Trump (jus bill Mini printer – 40 column) – First TVSE designed mini printer with 1500 Hz operation.
