Job Description

1)Preparation/ coordination/ monitoring of project schedules of construction activities,
2)Estimation, preparation of quantities from drawings,
3)Client billing and follow up,
4)Certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors, consultants and engineers,
5)Preparation of progress report,
6)Maintain all documentation as required by the company including all internal reporting,
7)Candidate should have hands on experience on Auto Cad, MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project/ Primavera shall be an advantage.

Desired Profile

Candidate should be B.Tech or Diploma "Civil" with 8-10yrs. experience in billing for the Building.
