Job Description

The candidate must have Dip./B.E in mechanical/Civil/Elect. engineer and minimum 12 years hand on experience in the Construction Industry

- Shall be responsible for implementation of design & engineering
- Propose the required material for site
- Supervision of Installation of material
- Quality Inspection
- Site handling
- Installation of Diesel Engine Pumps, Motors & fire accessories.
- Ensure that Plumbing fire fighting work completed on time with minimum risk

Desired Profile

He has also sound knowledge of designing HVAC systems, plumbing systems, fire protection systems and building automation system. He has responsible for performing all project related activities, reviewing of tender documents, contracting procedures, costing of the project, preparing project schedules, cash flow analysis, following ISO-9001:2000 procedures and standards. Preparing load calculations, unit selection, equipment schedules, reviewing material submittals, reviewing shop drawings submitted for consultant approval .Supervision keeping track on work force, making site inspection by consultant, and preparation/submission of site instructions to contractors. Complete supervision for timely completion of Project as per schedule without delay.
