Job Description :
1. Standardisation of visual presentation of Merchandise
2. Placement of fixtures as per the planogram
3. Planning a display calendar for the unit
4. Training on VM & Merchandise presentation to the retail staff.
5. Management of Signages for instore & also for brands
6. Conceptualising Design and Execution of Focal Points.

Ensuring focal Points as as per the planogram:
7. Conceptualising and designing of storyboards for Windows in the Store
8. Planning, Conceptualising design & executing VM for events.
9. Liaison with Marketing for in store communication & events.
10. Cost monitoring for VM & ensuring spends are within budgets.
11. Documentation of VM activities and budgets.
12. Sourcing of Vendors for VM elements,Conducting Vendor Audits.

Desired Profile
The Person Should be:
1. A graduate/post gradute in Visual Merchandising from NIFT/NID or similar college.
2. Two years of relevant experience.
3. Creative and full of energy.
4. Good team player with high motivation level.
5. Able to use Corel Draw and Photo Shop.
