Job Description:
Walk in Interview on 24-10-09 from 9.30am to 3.30pm !!!
Primary sales responsibility for the positions are Project Sales of advanced Aluminum coating solutions to the Architectural/Building construction segment. Responsibilities will involve selling advanced coating concepts to Architects/Glazing Consultants and getting coatings specified, networking and selling the coatings to Aluminum glazing fabricators. The job will also entail marketing activity to promote visibility among top builders/ reality companies and earn their goodwill toward the company brand "Aura". Some key skill required are-
Project mapping
Project progression tracking
Presentation skills
Negotiation skills
Oral communication skills with English/Hindi/Marathi
Marketing / concept selling with Architects/ Reality Companies to promote "Aura" brand of coatings
Commercial acumen
Consultative selling on technical matters
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Sales experience for Junior position between 1-3 years and for Senior position 3-6 years
2. Person must be currently employed with Sales responsibility in Architectural /Building Construction raw material field & preferable in Paints/Coatings/Specialty Chemicals
3. Exposure in selling concepts/ specifying products to architects, contractors & consultants & builders/realtors will be an added advantage
4. Minimum qualification is Bachelor's degree with higher second class percentage in Engineering/ Architecture/Science/Commerce
5. Residing in Navi Mumbai/Thane/Mumbai with valid 2 wheeler license
6. Candidate must be live wire, self starters, aggressive with a successful track record of executing construction projects in past
