    Designation: Marketing Director / Senior Marketing Director

    Job Description:
    Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, the Senior Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing the marketing departments operations. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate adequate number of qualified number of leads to meet company’s growth objective. The job responsibilities include and is not limited to developing the annual and national marketing strategic plan as well as expanding current product line and additional segments of business. Preparation of, and adherence to, an annual budget is required.

    Core competencies, listed below, are also a requirement.
    • Develop, implement and manage annual marketing plan for the company. Support and facilitate development and implementation of sections of national and regional marketing plan.
    • Create, manage, coordinate all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations.
    • Lead and manage Direct marketing (direct mail), Telemarketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Web marketing, Event Management and Creative services such as print ads and collateral.
    • Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute on both existing and potential marketing strategies.
    • Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficieny and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Manage content and flow of all outbound communications including, web sites, newsletters, collateral, direct mail, sales material etc.
    • Drive company’s “expert status” in the market through speakers, intitiaves, , whitepaper development and other communication outreach
    • Build and maintain marketing budget for marketing department and responsible for resource allocation.
    • Developing a national marketing plan annually
    • Responsible for executing and managing marketing plan through initiatives and reporting ROI, CPL and cost per campaign.
    • Develop high quality web based marketing tools to augment and support web ranking and PPC (Pay per Click) performance
    • Develop and implement PR and Communications plan for marketing and brand awareness including but not limited to media and vendor management.
    • Work closely with Sales to develop adhoc campaigns to generate leads.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze campaigns, success, conversion and close rate.
    • Developing field marketing programs based on feedback and direct market research.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a relevant major (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.) A MBA in Marketing degree preferred.
    • 10 years or more of relevant, successful experience in marketing and demonstrated by a portfolio of projects, preferably in healthcare or medical services or related industries.
    • Proven track record in relevant marketing
    • Experience in global marketing including management of remote offices and locations
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM administration and Salesforce.com
    • Outstanding creative and project management skills
    • Excellent knowledge of a variety of marketing media, methodologies and procedures
    • Excellent writing and editing skills
    • Aptitude in creating, editing and publishing websites
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
    • Creative mindset with good imagination
    • Excellent organization skills, meticulous and detail oriented
    • Healthcare or medical knowledge helpful
    • Experience listing websites with search engines and hit tracking
    • Team player with management or supervisory skill
    • Candidate should be willing to travel to US on regular basis.
