Job Description–
* The incumbent is responsible for top line and bottom line.
* Responsible to maintain the standards of customer service
* Responsible for Inventory Management, People Management
* Should adhere to the processes and procedures of the organization
* Should be able to maintain/control the lowest wastes in fresh products
* Should be able to train on product knowledge of Fresh
Specifications -
* Age should be less than 30 yrs
* Experience in handling the Fruits & Vegetables at least for 1-2 yrs.
* Should have handled a team of 10 people.
* Should have proven track record in sales/marketing
* Farming/Retail experience would be an added advantage.
