    RESPONSIBILITIES : PURCHASE OFFICER
    Main duties were independently managing various type of corporate correspondence such as Agreements, Contracts, Quotations,Purchase Orders and enquiries,preparing PO,handling invoices,checking of issued materials,stock verification, Planning, and scheduling.

    Vendor identification done through Internet /directories/references/existing vendor base/other sources.
    Based on intial response/reference check vendors are evaluated based on Technical Capability ,Financial negotiation and initial commercial feasibility and after evaluation samples are requested from vendor and final vendor selection based on commercial and technical evaluation .
    Ensuring Orders are placed in line with the buisness forecast and as per Contracted rates for accuracy of Purchase Orders and maintaining Audit trail .
    Monthly Communication of Schedules to the Vendors based on MRP arrived and to follow up on regular basis to ensure on-time Supplies
    Ensure all Statutory forms are issued in a timely manner to the vendors in coordination with the Accounts Team .
    Return of rejected material to the vendors ensuring relevant compensation from the vendors .
    Monthly report on Vendor dues include aging analysis and coordinating with Accounts for Settlement and monthly Vendor assessment based on Cost ,Quality and Delivery parameter set .
    LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR
    Main duties includes coordination for Offshore and Onshore on priority basis starting from the supplier and to reach shipment in port of destination as well as onshore Orders ,checking in SAP and ERP and with international suppliers to reach the material in different warehouse locations and to coordinate with central purchasing unit in Head Quarters (Germany) for the confirmation of orders and also with the concerns in Germany as well as in UK for the final confirmations of shipment or airfreight to reach our destination in time .Proper checking of Airway bills and shipment packing list to confirm the proper size and packings as well as quantity and informing international suppliers if alteration needed for the same for the mode of shipment as well as to finalize ETD and ETA and to inform the different concerns regarding the arrivals.
