Job Description:
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HANDLE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
HANDLE ALL INDIA DISTRIBUTION OF PHARMA PRODUCTS.
Will look after:
- Despatches from Depot to CSA.
- Institutional order Despatches.
- Confirm timely delivery at destinations and do necessary follow up.
- Handle Stock Returns from CSA.
- Co-ordinate between BO, Depot, CSA/Stockists.
- Finalise the appropriate couriers for the concerned areas.
- Prepare MIS for logistics.
- Co-ordinate with Area Business Managers & Zonal Business Managers as per need.

- Any Graduate.
- Have 4-5 years experience in similar position.
- Would have preferably worked for Pharma
Industry.

- Production of Penicillin by UV Mutated Penicillium chrysogenum at SPIC Cuddalore.
Project Description :
The present study focused on penicillin production from Penicillium chrysogenum
ATCC 16520 and its mutant strain. Spores of Penicillium chrysogenum were irradiated with physical mutagen UV at 254 nm. Both mutated and wild strain was mass produced in rice. Sterility test and viability test was done. The culture was inoculated into seed medium, the incubation period was 54 hrs at 25 C in shake flask. From the seed medium the inoculums was transferred aseptically into production medium Penicillin production was done by shake flask fermentation, and the activity analyzed by HPLC. It shows that mutant strain produced high yields of penicillin than wild strain.
