Job Description:
•Experience in concurrent audit.
•Setting the systems as may be required in construction with senior management.
•Ensuring adherence to procedures.
•Verifying & passing of RA bills & other bills.
•Ensuring all documents is attached in order & as per approvals given.
•Ensuring compliance with company’s policy, procedures, laws, regulations, contractual agreement etc.
•Liaison with inter-department, senior executives for information & follow-up.
•Liaison with statutory auditors whenever required.
•Stream-line smooth flow of payment to various agencies.
•Ensuring work flow, monitoring contracts, MIS etc on routine basis.
•Any other matter required to be done related to Audit/Accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Require a Inter CA or CA candidate for the post of Sr. Auditor. Should be able to handle Audit for Real Estate company.
