Key Responsibilities :-
- Currently look after the entire gamut of activities at an operational level i.e. the day-to-day parts supply operations in the warehouse, logistics & vendor management.
- Maintain on a daily basis the Daily Warehouse Productivity reports.
- Conduct perpetual inventory checks and Annual Stock count on a periodical basis.
- Responsible for preparing Invoices and Bills.
- Look after the follow- ups for requisitions made.
- Communicate on a regular basis with Dealers for the smooth flow of operational activities.
- Ensure the timely availability of goods and their dispatch. Also ensure error free documentation for the same.
- Coordinate on a regular basis with the sales department for achieving the set targets.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining administrative records for the entire warehouse.
- Responsible for Monitoring effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the business targets thereby leading to revenue generation and profitability.
- Responsible for preparation of Stock inward outward, receipts, binning & storage plan and other related documents; efficiently generating various MIS reports like warehouse occupancy, Stock availability Vs Sales Orders, outstanding dues etc.; also handling various commercial matters including bills submission, pending payments and delivery of material.
- Handling the whole gamut of store management functions and ensuring achievement of top line & bottom line targets; looking after judicious space management and following up for timely delivery of material; taking care of cannibalize, obsolescent, scrap, damage of materials and reporting to HOD.
- Encompass the planning & management of all activities involved in sourcing, procurement, conversion & logistics management activities.
- Manage Inventory ensuring uninterrupted supplies and managing dispatch ensuring timely delivery, cost effectively; looked after Inventory control, Material Requirement planning, purchase management verification of stocks and responsible to collect forecast for the months (every month).
- Sourcing potential vendors in compliance with the company policies and procedures; develop the vendors so as to get the supply of the raw materials at right time and at a competitive price.
Logistics :-
- Overseeing the logistic & warehousing functions and negotiating with transporters for cost effective transport solutions and clearances.
- Coordination between transporter & Project team
- Responsibility of ensuring that material should be delivered to the right destination in proper condition.
Vendor Management :-
- Identifying and developing a dedicated and alternate vendor source for, achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials and reduction in delivery time.
- Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms etc.
- Following-up with vendors for timely deliveries, quality checks & ensuring timely payments.
- Depth at handling the inspection activities of all sections in store.
- Supervising the entire Warehouse, Inbound, Outbound stores
- Distinguished efforts towards monitoring Housekeeping and documentation..
- Depth at issuing and dispatching of materials after repair or replacement.
- Adroit at verifying the packing and required outgoing papers.
