Primary : Hard core programming knowledge in Flash Actionscript 2.0, Developing custom components, OOPS in Flash, XML, Director Lingo, HTML, DHTML, VBScript, Javascript, Dreamweaver MX, ASP, SCORM

Minimum of 4 yrs of Experience in Flash Programming.

Expertise in Flash Action Scripting on programming level.

Expertise in creating custom component, XML/Database linked Flash web application development Strong understanding and implementation of OOPS in Flash projects is mandatory.

Intermediate level experience of any server side technology interaction with Flash (ASP/JSP) is also required. Should have good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and client facing skills.
