1. Worked as a Piping Engineer in Barouge 2 Project, Ruwais, Abudhabi through Lahoud Engineering Company.(Client- Techni-mount-italy)- 1 year.
It’s a Polyethelene preparing plant from Oleifin. Our scope of work is fabrication & erection of pipes, structural & Equipments.
Duties:- Arranging tools, materials, equipments, man power, etc. Study & arrange Isometric, P&ID, GAD, 3D drawings. Technical help to the Supervisors, conduct weekly meetings to the welders & supervisors for increasing the production with quality. Follow up the final works like punching, test pack clearing, hydro-testing, water blowing, pre-commissioning, air blowing, dry air / steam blowing, color coding, re-in-statement & commissioning.
2. Worked as a Senior Piping supervisor in MESAIEED A CCPP PROJECT, QATAR through Lahoud Engineering. Co. (Client- IBERDROLLA- SPAIN) - 8 months.
It’s a Thermal Power Plant Project. Our scope is erection & commissioning of 6 HSRG Boilers (2000 MW).
Duties :- My Target is commissioning of 2 HRSG Boilers. Arrange the man power, materials, vehicles, tools, machineries, equipments & all site facilities. Technical help to the Supervisors, conducting weekly meetings with welders & supervisors about progress, Full fill the Client & Management requirements etc.

3. Worked as a Piping supervisor in RAS-LAFFAN OLEFIN PROJECT, Qatar through Lahoud engineering company (Client-TECHNIP - France)- 8 months.
It’s a methanol cracking plant & preparing plastic powder. Here my scope of work is Fabrication, Erection & commissioning of large bore, small bore Pipes & pipe supports (SS, CS, AS).
Duties:- Conducting the WQT Tests, make the bill of materials, Studying P & ID, Plot and Isometric drawings, review of ITP/ WPS/ PQR/ WPQ/ MTR/ weld map etc, piping spools fit ups inspection, joint nos. weld nos. records, heat numbers, piping spools isometric nos./ spool nos. identification, installation, review of RT films and other NDT reports, monitoring rejection rate and welders performance, review of PWHT reports and charts, punch listing, clearing the MCR lists, review of test packages for welding and NDT completion, issue release for hydro static test. Follow up the final works like punching, test pack clearing, hydro-testing water blowing, pre-commissioning, air blowing, dry air/ steam blowing, color coding, re-in-statement & commissioning.
Make good relationships with the workers, staff and Clients & follow up the safety procedures and conduct tool box meetings.

4. Worked as a Piping Supervisor with JOINT OPERATION (Saudi Texaco & Kuwait Oil Company Companied Group) – WAFRA through Arabi Enertech KSC- 2 years.
Nature of works: It is a crude storing & heating plant (by steam). Our scope of work is dismantling, fabrication, erection & Hydro- testing of pipes, valves, tanks, vessels, supports & other structural, Including sand blasting & painting.
Duties - Develop pipeline routing works (included GAD, Alignment Sheet dwg. & Drawing detail for Ti-en and Crossings) for pipeline detail engineering of the Project. Develop pipeline stress analysis report. This document covers flexibility analysis of the system under ASME B31.4/31.8 scope. Pipeline Project Discipline List including Line pipe, , FBE Coating, PE Coating, 5D Hot Induction Bend, Isolation Joint, Flanges, Butt welded Fittings, Pig Traps, Pig Signaler, Pipeline Ball Valves, Barred Tees, Hot Tap Split Tees, and Sphere Tee. Specification Prepare and develop some specification as part of Pipeline Project. Material Requisition (MR) Prepare and develop MR’s as a compilation of Data Sheet, Specification and MTO of the above subjects.

5. Worked as a Piping Supervisor in MINA AL AHAMADI REFINERY (Kuwait) through ISCO (a contracting company)- Shut-down work.
Nature of work: :Hydro-testing, Dismantling, fabrication & Erection of Pipes, Valves, vessels, tanks, supports, Flanges, Butt welded Fittings, Pig Traps, Pig, Pipeline, etc.
Duties :- Make the bill of materials, (Studying P & ID, Plot and Isometric drawings (Inspection of fit-ups, weld joints and materials with QC Inspector), (Hydro-testing & pneumatic test of CI & SS valves with different ratings), Hydro-testing, (Make good relationships with the workers, Engineers and with the Clients), follow up the safety procedures and conduct tool box meetings.
