POSITION SUMMARY
Financial Analyst with strong analysis, spreadsheet experience and critical thinking capabilities. Essential Functions: Preparation and presentation of complicated financial and operational analyses; Develop spreadsheets and analysis to help understand key business drivers; Ad hoc analysis driven by financial results, strategic initiatives or market factors; Identify and drive financial process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Must possess well developed critical thinking capabilities; Strong problem solver with ability to work through complex data within time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of financial models
- Provide Financial analysis of various business initiatives and performance
- Able to prepare budgets and forecasts data based on backlog and present data analysis.
- Variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast), funnel Management
- Various analysis on business performance
- Maintain and review Balanced Scorecard (KPI) various segment of the business, regions or other business heads.
- Order Booking Analysis
- Other related assignment
- Able to provide Root Cause Analysis for key highlighted changes in the reports.
- The key highlights of the data follow with Root Cause Analysis.
- He need to access various systems of the Ciena and need to compile all the reports and data analysis to Higher management

SKILLS & DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
- Must have computer proficiency and should be well versed with MS Excel, SQL systems.
- Knowledge of Management Information System is must and able to communicate with in Ciena, Accounting, Regional Services Management teams
