TIBCO Project Manager - B2B, EAI Portal, ERP, B2C, e-commerce
* Manage PSG projects and consultants, Primary Customer Interface, responsible for delivering state of the art solutions in the areas of application integration, Internet and e-commerce.
* Must have ability to work with customers to identify requirements, provide technical leadership, and must have technical foresight needed to design and develop cost effective solutions that meet functional and performance requirements.
* Ability to manage technical projects, control cost, delivers on schedule and manages customer expectations.
* Must be willing to travel and enjoy working with customers.
* Ability to travel as needed up to 70 %.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
* Minimum 5 years experience as software project and program management.
* BS / MS Computer Science or equivalent.
* Must have ability to scope work to be accomplished.
* Excellent understanding of the software product management process.
* Experience mapping business requirements to technology capabilities, experience with Object Oriented analysis (OOA), design (OOD) and project management (OOPM).
* Strong working knowledge of UNIX and NT operating systems.
* Solid understanding of both C++ and Java
* Understanding of Network design and operation and performance tuning.
* Strong working knowledge of RDBMS.
