    Job Description:
    Semi-Government Company in UAE has vacancies for Capital Project Controllers - to be based in Abu Dhabi. The person would ensure that all Capital Projects are delivered in an environment of good financial control; he / she will coordinate the preparation of Capital Budget across site, implement controls to ensure that individual projects are kept within the approved plan and provide regular Capital Budget monitoring reports.
    Position will evaluate the full financial impact of new capital projects, challenge all proposals and make recommendation as to the viability of the projects.
    Capital project evaluation process, policies / guidelines, criteria and templates will also be developed by the CP Controller.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    The ideal candidate would be a Graduate in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Engineering; MBA or other relevant MAsters degree in Finance / Accounting would be desirable; CA / CPA / CMA would be an advantage.
    The candidate needs to have 5+ years experience in
    Investment / Capital Budget planning process and evaluation;
    Business analysis and planning
    Financial modeling and scenario analysis
    Financial reporting & analysis
    Budgeting, planning and forecasting
    Capital & financial accounting

    A current trend in telecommunication is the convergence of wireless communication and computer network technologies and the emergence of wireless application protocol (WAP) devices. Since WAP will also be a common feature found in future mobile communication devices, it is worthwhile to investigate its use in telemedicine. This project describes the implementation and experiences with a WAP-based telemedicine system for patient monitoring. It utilizes WAP devices as mobile access terminals for general inquiry and patient monitoring services. Authorized users can browse the patient’s general data, monitor blood pressure (BP), and electrocardiogram (ECG) on WAP devices in store-and-forward mode.
    PROJECT 2 : I2C COMMUNICATION USING WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY
    NATURE : B.E Pre Final Year Project
    ENVIRONMENT : VISUAL BASIC
    This Project aims at achieving total control and easier transmission of information to the required user in a multi user environment using wireless technology and basic concepts of I2C Communication.
