ROLE DESCRIPTION:
ØAttend the phone calls and check mails on daily basis.
ØUpdating appointment calendars, performing basic bookkeeping, collecting bills and prepare voucher to receive the cheques.
ØOrganize and schedule program components.
ØPrepare budget and expense report every month end.
ØSupporting bank and vendor relationships (accounts payable and receivable).
ØMaintaining and organizing office equipment, supplies and outreach materials.
ØMaintaining and Organizing files / folders of various sections (finance, clients, invoice, etc,)
ØArranging travel, accommodation for NABI employer and employees.
REQUIRED SKILLS
