    Factory/Works Manager Nasik : Futurestep, MNC client

    Hello,

    I represent a MNC recruitment organization and a client of mine requires a Factory/Works Manager for the Nasik Factory.

    JOB LOCATION: NASIK

    We are looking at incumbents who have had prior experience working in large Indian companies or MNC's with a background in companies in the Speciality/Fine Chemicals, Paints, Inks or Adhesives sectors.

    Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in
    Production Management, Factory Administration, Quality, Safety, Plant Maintaineance and Engineering, Project Works, Vendor Management and Liasoning with govt authorities etc.
    Knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliances
    Preferably a graduate in Engineering/Science discipline with strong interpersonal and man-management skills
    Good communication skills
