Management Trainees
We are looking for management trainees for each of the department at 24x7 learning to facilitate the business and streamline the business process of the department and work directly with the head of departments.

This requires a candidate with lot of energy levels, passion for learning, excellent analytical and communication skills. We are open to MBA (2009 batch) candidates who are willing to work as Management Trainees, learn the systems and grow with the company in leadership roles in business development and strategy.

You should be a post-graduate in Management / MBA with specialization in marketing/sales. Ideal candidate should be a self starter and one who can see possibilities. You should be a team player with incisive analytical and problem solving skills. You should be able to drive your project without close supervision.

You should have excellent academic track record, communication and presentation skills. Ideal candidate should have high energy levels, passion to excel, attention to details, positive attitude, learnability, and ability to scale up and grow fast.

Compensation package will be based on your competence and scalability. Placement will be made based on your competency assessment by the company and you will also be expected to be open to working in various departments/groups, based on your core competencies and the needs of the business.
