Professional Experience :
Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training from 6 August 2005 to 25 October 2008.I have served the company as C.I.O , counselor ,Training Co-ordinator at times as a placement co-ordinator in absence of PC and account in absence of the same at Hyderabad Centre and have taken a break due to pre wedding and post wedding ceremonies.
Job Profile :
Ø Maintaining all the front desk records, in bound calls and out bound calls, reporting to the centre head on daily basis about the same.
Ø Given presentations in the absence of counselor, maintaining all the counselors’ records, taken admission, placing the candidates in respective batches and sending the daily updated reports.
Ø Maintaining all the placements records and updating the same at the time of interviews, sending the weekly reports and client updated client list and reporting about the same to Ms. Minoti Suri.
Ø Collection of outstanding dues from the students on time and issuing the receipt for the same and updating the enrollment register with the registration no. and calls given to parents for the same if the candidate have an outstanding due.
Major role as Training co-ordinator :
Ø Maintaining all the records of training department and updating the same on regular basis which helps us at the time of IV And EV
Ø Prepares and co-ordinates the faculty schedule for each batches.
Ø Ensures assignments are rolled out and administered according to the schedule and assessments take place as per the schedule.
Ø Ensures the students understand what is expected of them and whether the students agree with the assessment feedback and grades awarded.
Ø BTEC induction taken for fresher at the first day of there class and rules and regulation inducted to the students.
Ø Collects requirements of physical resources from the each faculty and negotiates with then centre head to provide the same to the best of ability of the administration.
Ø Checks on faculty punctuality.
Ø Attends transfer cases from others centers and advise them their new batch and training details. And sees that the student’s portfolio is transferred to the new centre on time.
Ø Co-ordinates with the faculty and placements wings at the delivery site to arrange for industrial visit {Travel agencies and hotel visits} as a part of academic input, if required.
Ø Distributes the students Manual to the new batch students on the day of induction.
Ø Actions the deficiencies of the monitor’s report and file them systematically to be internally verified by the Regional IV.
Ø Prepares and -ordinates the next day’s requirement in the class rooms, faculty, notes and equipments like OHP, DVD, FILMS, etc.
Ø Ensures proper maintenance of cleanliness and up keep of the class rooms at all times.
Ø Checks the students grooming regularly for all batches.
Ø Liaises and arranges the faculty requirements for the smooth conduct of the batches.
Ø Prepares and mails the letter of absenteeism to all students who have not attended for three consecutive days without a valid reason and without informing.
Ø Calculates the percentage of attendance for all students at the end of their batch for certification.
Ø Maintains a record and implements all forms and formats sent by H.O.
Ø Meets the centre head on a weekly basis and discuss the successes and shortfalls and the remedial measures.
Ø Prepares minutes of the meeting in the format given. This record is internally verified by the regional.
Ø Stands in for the faculty in case of emergency.

- Establishing micro franchises with waste pickers for waste collection & recycling.
- Establishing systems for waste collection, evaluation & redress complaints in partnership with New Delhi Municipal Council on a municipality wide scale.
- Setting up a waste handling system in Ghaziabad, an emerging urban township in partnership with Ghaziabad municipality.
- Have trained groups to undertake waste audits to assess and plan waste management in commercial establishments and hotels.
