Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
Meet/exceed sales targets by prospecting and managing field sales activities in support of the European region's business opportunities.
Creation/maintenance of high quality relationships with all target customers
Manage 3 or more key existing accounts.
Effectively interact and create relationships at the highest levels within customer organizations.
Determine fit and specific value-add that ERP solutions bring to the customers
Utilize a CRM application to file opportunities and sales orders
Co-ordinate with cold-calling teams and provide guidance

Desired Candidate Profile:
A 4-year degree or equivalent is required. MBA a plus
3 to 5+ years experience in selling ERP-related services - Oracle based ERP strongly preferred
Ability to engage with C-Level personnel of prospects/clients with ease
Fundamental understanding of implementation, upgrade, support methodologies
Ability to demonstrate a pro-active, dynamic and focused approach to working with potential clients
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Exposure to European multi cultural environments essential
Knowledge of German/French - definite plus
