Terms & Conditions for Permanent Staffing

For all Position levels
8.33 % of the Annual CTC ( Cost to Company)
and 10.3% of the amount towards Service Tax


[LIST][*]The annual cost to company will include all monthly components, annual benefits, performance incentives, bonus, retiring benefits and all perquisites. [/LIST]

[LIST][*]If the candidate willingly leaves the company within 3 months, we will give a free replacement. The replacement guarantee period does not apply to a replaced candidate. [/LIST]

[LIST][*]All unused resumes of candidates will be the property of ATTITUDE HRConsultancy Services and must be returned after the selected candidates join the position in the client organization. In order to provide an efficient service, both to you and our candidates, we request you to maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to the candidate and their particulars. To fall in line with the above, we are sure that the candidates will always be contacted through us only prior to their employment. [/LIST]

[LIST][*]No resume shall be diverted by the client to any company in the group or associates or individuals without the consent of ATTITUDE HR Consultancy Services. The Associate Company shall be bound by the same terms and conditions stated in this proposal. [/LIST]

[LIST][*]The client should forward a copy of appointment letter as soon as it is issued to the selected candidate, together with a detailed statement containing all components of remuneration to ATTITUDE HRConsultancy Services for the purpose of billing. [/LIST]

VALIDITY OF TERMS
These Terms of Business are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue. I hope this detailed proposal of our charges; services and terms relating to permanent placement services meet with your approval. Please forward a signed copy of the attached acceptance letter at your earliest convenience, so that we can commence the recruitment process.
