Onshore Oil & Gas Proficiency Forte
Cairn Energy India Pty. Ltd. (CEIL) is the operator of the Mangala Field in Rajasthan Onshore block 90/1 (RJ-ON-90/1) is building a Mangala Process Terminal (MPT) to process the heavy crude from the largest field Mangala and adjoining minor fields Shakti, Bhagyam and Aishwarya. Mangala Oil and Gas Facilities consist of Oil Well Pads followed by Oil and Gas processing facilities. The produced and stabilized oil will be pumped to “Barmer Salaya Pipeline (BSPL)” under measurement. CEIL will be producing 175,000 BOPD (heavy Crude Oil). The oil produced are sold to Govt. of India nominated buyers.
Onshore processing facilities and Well Pad HSE inspection and Audits
- Conducting Inspection as per the Monthly HSE schedule. Inspection includes Well pads, Crude Oil Processing Plant, and Crude oil loading bay, Vehicle and tanker inspection, living camp inspections.
- Incorporating inspection observation in CAR (Corrective Action Report) database. Updating and follow up of CAR corrective action report.
- Auditing of PTW system to assess the implementation of system
- Conducting site monitoring (Well Pads/ Processing Plant/ Loading Bay) on regular basis and corrected the unsafe practices and conditions at site.
Accident Investigation - Root Cause Analysis
- Leading and coordinating Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis of the Accidents and Near misses to recommend the corrective and preventive measures at the facility.

- Coordinating with HO for external training such as First aid, Fire fighting and Multigas detector training for the operations team and updating the training database accordingly. - Coordinating Mock drill at ongoing Oil & Gas production facilities and Producing Well Pads.
- Preparing Mock drill reports and follow-up the recommendations raised in the report to closeout.
Fire Protection systems
- Identifying the fire suppression equipment requirements and made available in processing facilities, Well pads, Camps and Warehouse.
- Procurement and Maintaining the Stock of fire fighting equipments.
- Preparing inspection schedules for fire fighting and emergency equipments.
- Supervising Fire Team & Safety supervisors.

- Follow-up on Closing out of HAZID/HAZOP/PHSER recommendations

Project Safety management
- Providing HSE support during the project phase such as reviewing of contractor HSE documents (JSA, HSE plan).
- Conducting toolbox meeting for the contractors periodically.
- Periodic HSE inspection during project Phase and observation reports raised and follow-up to close the same.
- HSE support during heavy lifting operations.
- Conducting JSA for critical lifts. Coordinating with construction team for preparing Lifting Plan for heavy and critical lift.

HSE Support for Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning
- Coordinating with the commissioning team closing out the GOC (Guidance on Certification) points related to HSE (Fire fighting equipments/ Safety shower & eye wash, GD, FD at Ongoing Oil & Gas production facility).
- Coordinating with the commissioning team for HSE issues. Preparing JSA for commissioning activities and carrying out HSE inspection on commissioning activities.
- Following up RFSU (Ready For Start Up) report to close out the action points before initial start-up of Trains.

- Coordinating with the Well Service and Rig activities for HSE issues.

- Facilitate and Laison with various statutory bodies like PCB(Pollution Control Board),DGMS(Director General Mines Safety),AERB(Atomic Energy Regulatory board), CCoE (Chief Controller of Explosives; now called as PESO), MoEF (ministry Of Environment and Forest, OISD(Oil Industry Safety Directorate) and Factories and Boilers Inspection Department regarding the routine operations and various returns of the facility.

ABU DHABI- ADNOC Petroleum Institute, Abu Dhabi International Airport Expansion Project,
DUBAI- Construction of Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world in the Burj Dubai Development. Project involved with the Mechanical works of District cooling plant which involved the installation of 1500 mm, five km long chill water pipeline and erection of chillers.
REFINERY PROJECT- Project involved in the Mechanical Erection of Hydrogen Reformers, Heaters, Flare of 95 meters Height, Tank farm pipeline activities
- Responsible to the Project Manager for HSE support and advice and for promoting the continuous improvement of HSE performance of the company.

Bulk LPG Terminal Proficiency Forte
The principal activity of the Terminal is to receive the LPG by pipeline from CPCL, store the same in Mounded Bullets and despatch in bulk through Tanker Trucks Lorries. There is no manufacturing process or blending involved in the Terminal and it is only an intermediate storage terminal. The bulk LPG filled in tanker trucks is mainly meant for bottling plants.
