I have 3+ years of experience in Oracle(SQL and PL/SQL)
But I developed a passion to learn php/mysql recently. But the problem is will the companies take me if I become very good in php/mysql although no work exp? Doing a certification like http://www.expertrating.com/certific.../PHP5-test.asp
will help? Maybe atleast trying a project in my same current company which has php/mysql will help? Please advise. Thanks.
